现代高等教育应注重大学生的个性发展

面对新世纪的严峻挑战 ,现代高等教育必须以大学生的个性发展为首要价值取向 ,在某种意义上大学生个性发展是现代高等教育的出发点和归宿。本文从大学生个性发展的必要性着手 ,对马克思主义人的发展观和教育心理科学提供的理论依据进行了论述 ,并提出了促进大学生个性发展的对策构想。

The Modern Higher Education Should Attach Importance to the Development of the Individual Character of University Students

To meet the severe challenge of the 21st century, the modern higher education must take the university students'development of individual character as the first valuable choice. In a way the character development of university students is the starting point and also the purpose. This paper, from the necessity of the development of individual character, discusses the theoretical basis of the human being's development from Marxist view and the theory of education psychology. It also puts forth the ways to encourage the development in the individual character of university students .
