牧户对生态畜牧业的认知及其影响因素

基于对生态脆弱地区牧户的实地调查,通过建立Logistic计量经济模型,实证分析了牧户对生态畜牧业的认知现状及影响认知的主要因素。分析结果表明,牧户对生态畜牧业的认知程度较低,同时政府对生态畜牧业的宣传情况、政府技术推广情况、政府对疫病和药物残留的监管情况、牧户的专业化程度、牧户使用畜牧良种情况、畜牧业收入占家庭收入比例等因素对牧户的生态畜牧业认知有显著的正向影响。

An Empirical Study on the Cognition of Ecological Animal

In recent years,animal product quality and safety issues continue to touch people’s psychological bottom line,the sustainable development of economy in China has been plagued by adverse ecological environment.The development of ecological animal husbandry has become a necessary choice and future direction.This article is based on field survey made on ecologically fragile areas,through the establishment of Logistic econometric models,and empirical analysis of the herdsman on the ecological animal husbandry and main influence factors of cognition.The results showed that the herdsman on the lower level knowledge of ecological animal husbandry,government propaganda of the ecological animal husbandry and technology promotion,monitoring situation of disease and drug residue,the degree of specialization herdsman,animal husbandry households with livestock breeding conditions,and the proportion of animal husbandry income account for total family income have significant positive effects on the cognition of the ecological animal husbandry.
