| 摘 要： | 科学技术具有“双刃性”特点:既造福人类,又祸患人类。科技的负面效应带来了诸多的社会问题,造成了严重的人文忧患。正确认识科技与人文的关系,开拓科技与人文的新视野并确立协调科技与人文关系的新途径,从而使科技在人文的关照下实现其工具理性和价值理性的统一,服务于人的自由而全面发展这一科技发展终极目标。

| Abstract: | Scientific technology is double-edged sword:It benefits humanity and does damage to humanity.Many social problems arise from the negative effect of scientific technology such as some serious humanistic disasters.In order for scientific technology to freely serve human beings,it is necessary to correctly recognize the relationship between scientific technology and humanism,and to set up a new perspective and a new way for scientific technology and humanism. |
