西部民族地区限制开发区经济发展方式形成机理分析

西部民族地区限制开发区经济发展质量不高,现有的经济发展方式仍然是比较初级、原始、粗放的。对限制开发区的经济发展方式进行形成机理分析,发现存在生态、市场、阶段、基础等四大因素,即加快发展的压力大,但生态环境十分脆弱;市场发育程度低,市场没有发挥应有的作用;经济发展阶段滞后,经济增长对投资依赖度大,经济增长内生动力不足;基础设施建设相对滞后等,是导致现有的发展方式形成的主要原因。

An Analysis of Mechanism-Formation for Economic Development Mode in the Restricted Development Zones in the West Ethnic Minority Regions in China

In the restricted development zones in the west ethnic minority regions in China, the economic development is still low in quality, and even the present economic development mode remains relatively primitive and extensive. By analyzing the formation of the development mechanism in these regions, four causative factors were found ： ecology, market, stage and base, which have led to the status quo. In other words, the pressure for quick development is big, but the ecological environment is very fragile. The maturity level of the market is low and it cannot play the role that it should do. The stage of economic development is lagging behind and it is over - dependent on investment without endogenous dynamic power. And finally, the construction of its infrastructure is quite backward. All the four factors result in the present development mode.
