| 摘 要： | 团建网格化教育管理模式是高校共青团组织建设的创新举措。团建网格化教育管理模式以班级建团、社团建团、公寓建团及网络建团为依托,坚持管理为基础,教育为核心,实现共青团对团员、青年的有效联系和全面覆盖。同时,在该模式实施过程中,应避免不同类型团组织功能单一、组织管理孤立及团员、青年身份混乱的问题。

| Abstract: | The gridded management mode of education is an innovative measure taken by the Chinese Communist Youth League in higher educational institutions.Depending on the League construction in unit of class,society,apartment and gird,sticking to the principle of management as the basis,education as the core,this management mode realizes effective contact and overall control between the organism and the league members or the youth.At the same time,it is suggested to eliminate monotonous function of different kind of League organism,solving the problem of mixed identification as isolated member or youth and league member simultaneously. |
