| 摘 要： | 邓小平在对社会主义经济建设的长期探索中，就如何建设社会主义，总结出“初级阶段论”和市场经济论是建设社会主义的两个基本前提；确立社会主义基本经济制度是建设社会主义的核心；同时规划了社会主义建设事业的发展战略，即分“三步走”，基本实现现代化；并且确定“一个中心，两个基本点”是建设社会主义的基本纲领。在此基础上，阐明经济体制改革是建设社会主义的新课题和新领域，从而确立了邓小平经济理论的基本结构。

Withthis,a scientific system of economic theories comes into being. |
