| 摘 要： | 美国高校学生事务管理是美国大学在由殖民学院向现代大学转变的过程中逐渐产生，并随着高等教育大众化、市场化而日益完善起来的，其法律基础的形成包含了历史传统、政治体制、文化体系、教育模式等各方面因素，并在新时期开始衍化，呈现出与市场化接轨、人性化融合、学习化竞合、资助化结合的发展态势，为我国高校学生管理走向国际化提供了重要的参考。
