健康状况、群体差异与社区居家养老服务需求——基于开封市的实证调研

本文根据开封市城乡老年人的实地调查数据，描述了城乡老年人社区居家养老服务需求的基本特征，并利用二项Logistic回归分析了城乡老年人社区居家养老服务需求的影响因素，主要研究健康状况及群体差异对城乡老年人社区居家养老服务需求的影响。研究结果表明，城乡老年人对医疗需求最多，其次为休闲娱乐服务需求、生活照料服务需求。研究证实了健康状况、群体差异对城乡老年人的社区居家养老服务需求影响显著，由此，需从健全多层次医疗保障体系，缩小医疗服务群体间差异；树立养老服务统筹发展理念，弥合城乡间政策结构失衡两方面着手，更好地满足城乡老年人养老服务需求。

Health status, group differences and community-based home care services for the aged: An empirical study in Kaifeng City

Based on the field survey data of the urban and rural elderly in Kaifeng City, this paper discusses the basic characteristics of the urban and rural elderly care service demands. It adopts the two-item logistic regression to analyze the influencing factors of urban and rural elderly community care services, focusing on the analysis of health status and the impacts of group differences. The research results show that the urban and rural elderly need medical care most, followed by leisure and entertainment services and life care services. It confirms that the health status and group differences significantly affect the community-based elderly care services for the urban and rural elderly. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a better multi-level medical security system to narrow the gap between medical-service groups, implement the concept of integrated care for the elderly, and bridge the gap between urban and rural areas through workable policies to meet the needs of urban and rural elderly care services.
