| 摘 要： | 本文简要回顾了我国高校学分制实践的发展过程,分析了当前我国高校学分制运行的主要问题在于观念阻滞、条件制约和管理困难,并基于此提出了对于相关问题的解决对策,以建立具有中国特色的高校学分制。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the development process of the credit system in China, and analyzes the primary difficulties, and their countermeasures, such as concept obstruction, condifion restrain, management backward. Based on this, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to establish the credit system in universities and colleges with Chinese Characteristics. |
