私营企业主阶层的定位问题探析

当代中国的私营经济有其产生的特殊的时代背景 ,私营经济已经成为我国经济的重要组成部分。对私营企业主的定性应从我国实际情况出发 ,要把他们同历史上的资本家从本质上区分开来。私营企业主作为新生的社会阶层 ,在政治上属于劳动人民范畴 ,经济上是具有按资分配权的劳动者 ,也是国家的主人 ;在实现人民群众利益方面 ,作为“新富阶层”,私营企业主回报社会做出了自己的贡献 ,是有中国特色社会主义事业的建设者 ,也是党的群众基础之一。对私营企业主这样一支与社会主义社会长期并存的社会力量 ,中国共产党应当积极慎重地把其中的优秀分子吸收进党内。

Qualitative analysis of the self-employed, private entrepreneurs

China's private economy has its own features of the time. It has become an important compoment in the country's economy. The qualitative analysis of the self employed, private entrepreneurs should be made in light of the new conditions of our country, and we must make a distinction between them and the capitalist in history. As a newborn social stratum, the self employed, private entrepreneurs, like the members of all the other sectors of society,politically belong to the working people, and are also masters of the country. The "newborn rich" social stratum repays the society with their contributions to the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is necessary for our Party to actively and gradually accept those outstanding elements from the self employed, private entrepreneurs, a social force which will coexist with our socialist country in a long period of time.
