利用Internet来解决商业交易问题,降低产、供、销成本,开拓新的市场,创造新的商机,从而增加企业利润,其实质是企业经营管理各个环节的信息化过程。这一过程不是简单地将过去的工作流程信息化,而是依靠新的手段和条件面对旧有的流程进行变革的过程,是一个循序渐进、从基础到高级的过程。ERP是基于电子商务模式的企业资源计划,实现了生产方式从大规模生产向大规模定制的转变,全面协调和提升了企业经营的管理模式、信息系统和生产方式,是企业管理模式的变革。从电子商务模式出发,通过ERP的应用探讨企业资源整合的有效途径。

THE STUDY OF ENTERPRISE RESOURCES INTEGRATION UNDER E-BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT

To increase enterprise profit,Internet is used for commercial trade,the reduction the cost of the production,supply and sale.The new market development and the creation of new commercial opportunities appear in this course.The essence is a process of informationing every link in business management.Depending on new means,this process completely transforms the old norm in an orderly way,rather than simply informationing the past norm.ERP is Ecommerce-based,transforming production mode from large-scaled production to large-scaled orders for custom-made articles,coordinating and improving management process,information system and production mode.Beginning with E-commerce,this paper probes into effective approaches of ERP.
