| 摘 要： | 融资难一直制约中小企业的发展,中小企业信用担保中心为化解这一难题提供了有效的制度支持,然而中小企业信用担保公司在运作过程中存在诸多问题阻碍着其进一步发展壮大。笔者在实地调研的基础上,分析了宁夏中小企业信用担保存在的问题,提出了完善具有宁夏特色的信用担保体系的路径选择。

| Abstract: | The difficulty in financing has restricted the development of mid-and-small-scaled enterprises for a long time.The credit guarantee center of mid-and-small-scaled enterprises provides the effective system support for solving this difficulty;however,the credit guarantee companies have many problems which hinder the further development in the operation.The author analyzes the existing problems on the basis of research on the point,and put forward the methods of perfecting the credit guarantee system with Ningxia characteristics. |
