Strengthening College Freshman Mental Education of Self-adaptation Based on NLP

College freshmen are a special group confronted with a lot of maladjustment problems and easily feel puzzled in lives,study and intercommunication.This paper adopts NLP method to college freshmen mental education of self-adaptation and discusses how to strengthen college freshmen's mental education from five factors so that they can walk out of mental crossroad,adapt to the college lives as soon as possible and gain a healthy and positive development.
