| 摘 要： | 行政文化系统与行政生态系统存在着互动关系。从行政生态学的角度透视,行政文化是有效促使行政系统内部高效整合的"凝聚剂",也是引导行政系统自身持续发展的"驱动力"。因而,行政文化的创新对我国行政体制改革有着重要的意义。

| Abstract: | In an administration ecology light, administration culture can reinforce the efficient integration in the administration system effectively and is also an impulsive factor which can cause the continuous development of itself. As a result, the innovation of administration culture plays an important role in the administration system reform in our country. This essay analyzes the interaction between the administration culture and administration ecology and finally puts forward some suggestions on the innovation of administration culture. |
