| Abstract: | It is far from enough only to make a moral evaluation to the heroic acts of "Taking up the cudgel for a just cause". Its legal evaluation should be strengthened. Now, in spite of the great efforts we have made, there still exists deficiency in such evaluation. Therefore, legislation should be improved so as to enhance the material control of the righteous acts. |
