| 摘 要： | 社会工作是以助人自助为价值理念,运用专业技能帮助弱势群体、困难群体,挖掘个人潜能和恢复个人、群体、社区发展功能的职业活动。本文分析了青海独特的多元文化背景下社会建设中的突出问题,阐述了社会工作在和谐社会建设中的重要地位和作用,并提出了预防、解决社会稳定问题的新模式。
