| 摘 要： | 企业家是创新活动的倡导者、组织者、成果采用和推广者。企业家的自主创新不仅取决于能力,更取决于良好的心智。认识、改造民营企业家的心智模式,是洞察与适应现实环境的客观要求,剖析影响企业家自主创新的心理矛盾是推动企业家进行自主创新的前提,自主创新型企业家的心智模式应包括精神、意志、思维等因素在内的各方面素质的提高。

| Abstract: | Entrepreneurs' innovativeness depends on their good mental power as well as their abilities.Understanding and improving private entrepreneurs' mental model is an objective requirement in understanding and adapting to reality,analyzing the psychological contradictions of entrepreneurs is a prerequisite for promoting their innovativeness.Innovative entrepreneurs' mental model involves the improvement of their qualities including spirit,will and thinking. |
