赫哲族传统文化法律保护研究

赫哲族通过民族风情园、民俗博物馆、艺术团、服装厂、酒家、文化站等形式来保护其传统文化，取得了比较好的成效，但目前仍然存在着一定的问题，关于传统文化开发权的争议，赫哲族的传统生活环境面临挑战，赫哲族的传统文化后继乏人，等等。因而我们必须加强对赫哲族传统文化的法律保护，具体措施包括保障赫哲族的环境权，对松花江的治理，充分发挥赫哲族习惯法对其传统文化的保护作用，以及促进赫哲族群众对其传统文化保护的参与。

The Legal Protection of the Hezhe People's Traditional Culture

The Hezhe people have made some progress in keeping their traditional culture by means of theme parks,folk museums,performance troupes,costume factories,cultural stations and other things alike.Nevertheless,there exist some problems,such as the developmental right of traditional culture,challenges to traditional living environment,and the scarcity of cultural heirs.It behooves us to take such issues into account as the Hezhe people's right of environment,the harnessing of the Songhua River,and the use of their common law and the mobilization of the public for the protection of their traditional culture.
