| 摘 要： | 在阐述施工工程成本组成的基础上,就目前施工企业单项工程成本控制中所存在的控制制度不健全、控制标准不切实可行、成本控制意识薄弱以及变更事项得不到有效签证等问题进行了剖析,然后针对施工企业实际,提出了应建立和健全计划控制、实行内部招标投标、工程项目变更签证以及严格考核监督制度,从而有效实现对单项工程成本的控制,提高施工企业的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The components for the cost of engineering projects are examined in this paper with detailed a-nalysis made on the problems in unit project cost control of construction enterprises, including the drawbacks of the current control system, the infeasibility of current control standards, the weakness in the consciousness of cost control and the unavailability of effective visas for changed items. In respect to the actual practice of engineering construction, concrete suggestions are put forward to further enhance the effective control of unit project cost and upgrade the enterprises' economic benefit, such as the introduction of planned control, internal bidding and bid invitation, the signing of effective visas for changed items and the strict implementation of checking and supervising systems. |
