天祝藏族自治县农村贫困问题研究

甘肃省天祝藏族自治县是国家重点扶贫县,其农村贫困问题比较突出,不仅影响天祝县域经济的快速发展,也给甘肃省解决农村贫困问题带来了很大困难。分析研究天祝县农村贫困现状、贫困程度、贫困人口的分布和典型贫困户的基本状况以及致贫的重要因素,选择有效的反贫困战略以缓解和逐步消除广泛存在的贫困问题,把全县的人力、物力、财力用好用足,促进天祝县经济和社会全面发展,使农村贫困人口解决温饱后向更高层次的小康社会迈进具有重要的现实意义。

On Rural Poverty in Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County

Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County is one state key poverty-aid counties; its more serious rural poverty leaves negative influence on its economic development and also causes great problems to provincial poverty-solving issue. This article analyzes the status quo of rural poverty, poverty degree, distribution of poverty-stricken population, typical poverty-stricken households and causes of poverty.It is important to promote economic and social development of Tianzhu County, and help poverty-stricken population move into a well-off society by taking anti-poverty strategy and making most of its local human power, materials and finance.
