| 摘 要： | 在综述国内外已有企业竞争力概念基础上,结合企业竞争理念新的发展和演化,以及新的企业全球竞争的实践背景,提出了“企业国际竞争力就是企业在国际范围内参与资源配置的能力”的国际竞争力新概念,这一概念对构建企业国际竞争力评价体系和指导企业在新的国际竞争环境下参与国际竞争,有着重要的意义。

| Abstract: | This article,based on summarizing enterprise competitive ability concept already at home and abroad,combining the development and evolution of the enterprise competitive idea as well as the new enterprise global competitive practice background,proposed the new concept of international competitive ability,namely "the enterprise international competitive ability is ability participating in allocation of resources in international range".This concept has vital significance to construct the enterprise international competitive ability appraisal system and guide the enterprise participating in the international competition under the new international competitive environment. |
