| 摘 要： | 政治文明是人类在政治实践活动中形成的政治思想、政治行为方式及政治制度等方面的有益成果。江泽民的政治文明观集中表现为政治文明目标论、政治文明过程论、政治文明借鉴论、政治文明协调论、政治文明建设论 ,阐明了政治文明建设的基本目标 ,指明了政治文明建设的基本原则和根本途径 ,具有鲜明的时代性、现实的针对性、强烈的人民性等特点 ,对新世纪中国的现代化建设具有重大的现实指导价值

| Abstract: | Political civilization is the valuable achievement of political ideas, mode and systems developed in its practice. Jiang Zemin's idea of political civilization manifests theories of political target, process, lessons drawing, harmony and construction; which explain the basic goals, fundamental principles and means of political civilization; and have realistic guidance value for Chinese modernization in the new millennium, with the characteristics of closely following the times, well-targeting and serving the people.
