| 摘 要： | 古代湖南用于赈灾救荒的仓储主要有常平仓、义仓和社仓3种,它们在设立地点、谷米来源、经办人员、所有权及管理发放制度方面都有差异,在饥馑之年多少发挥了赈灾救荒的社会调控功能。

| Abstract: | In ancient Hunan, the storage for relieving the people in stricken areas fell into three categories, that is the normal balanced storage, the relief storage and the community storage. There were some differences in their location, origin of the grain, clerks, ownership, management and issuance. In the year of crop failure, the storage played, to some extent, the social adjusting function of relieving the people in stricken areas. |
