| 摘 要： | 党内民主是党的生命。发展党内民主有利于巩固党的执政地位,提高党的领导水平和执政水平,有利于保证党的决策科学化、民主化,实现党的正确领导,有利于调动全党全国人民的积极性、主动性和创造性,也有利于推动人民民主的发展。发展党内民主,必须正确处理它与党内集中、与党内监督、与人民民主的辩证关系。

| Abstract: | Inner-Party democracy is the life of the Party. To develop inner-Party democracy does much good to consolidate Party's governing status and to improve its art of leadership and governance; to ensure that Party's decisions are put on a more scientific and democratic basis, thus realize its correct leadership; to bring into full play the Party members and people's enthusiasm, initiative and creativity; and to promote the development of people's democracy. To develop inner-Party democracy, we must correctly handle the dialectic relations between inner-Party democracy and inner-Party centralism,inner-Party supervision,and with people's democracy. |
