| 摘 要： | 发展是一项错综复杂,可变要素诸多的系统工程。科学发展观是对发展问题、发展观的新概括和新发展。用系统的眼光看发展,不仅展示了科学发展观的一个方法论视域,而且为实践科学发展观、促进人与社会的全面发展提供了一种新的思维视角。

| Abstract: | Development is a complex system of many variables.The scientific development philosophy is a new summary of the issue of development,which should be looked at from the perspective of system theory.Methodologically the perspective is a new horizon of the scientific development philosophy,providing a way of practicing the philosophy and promoting the comprehensive development of human beings and society. |
