| 摘 要： | 在我国改革开放进一步深化 ,经济体制由计划经济向社会主义市场经济转轨的过程中 ,腐败现象有蔓延之势。究其原因 ,既有历史的、现实的因素 ,也有反腐败斗争工作不力的因素。防治腐败必须标本兼治、综合治理 ,既要抓源头 ,加强对公共权力的控制和监督 ,又要进一步推进民主与法制建设。

| Abstract: | During the course of our economic system's transformation from the planned economy to socialist market economy, corruption is expanded. There are many historical and actual reasons. To prevent and cure corruption, we must treat both principal and secondary aspect of disease, control and supervise public power, and develop the democracy and law construction. |
