摘    要:企业对员工激励与约束是企业发展的基本保障,论文在界定了激励与约束含义的基础上,对激励约束机制失灵的原因进行了深入剖析,并有针对性地探讨了若干应对之策,以使企业对全体员工形成强大的激励约束作用,从而最大限度地激发全体员工的积极性、主动性、创造性,最终实现企业的持续发展。

Abstract:The encouragement and restriction of an enterprise is the basic guarantee of its development.In this paper,based on the defining of the implications of encouragement and restriction,the author analyses the causes of the malfunction of encouragement and restriction,and explores the relative countermeasures,so that the encouragement and restriction could take significant roles in stimulating the employees to act more actively and innovatively,and help the enterprise to realize the sustainable development.
