完善利益分配制度有效防控违法犯罪

在任何一种社会形态里，利益分配制度的合理与否都是决定这个社会是否和谐、违法犯罪问题是否严重的主要因素。因此，建立一套合理的利益分配制度应当成为预防和减少违法犯罪、促进社会和谐工作的重中之重。在我国目前条件下，急需要作好的工作是：为民众提供通畅的利益诉求渠道、完善现有收入分配制度、加强相关立法和执法、打破行业垄断和加大惩治腐败的力度。
