| Abstract: | At the end of 1950s and early 1960s,Mao Zedong and the Central Committee establishmed and preliminarily cemented agriculture as the fundamental standing of the national economy.The establishment and preliminary consolidation for agriculture had an important and positive significance for agricultural production and the recovery of national economy at that time. |
