| Abstract: | Under the guidance of the spirit of the Seventeenth Congress of the CPC,centering on giving priority to educational development,building up a nation of powerful human resources and promoting the scientific development of higher education,this essay aims at probing into the issues as follows: the ways to establish a satisfactory system of higher education,to achieve the equality in it,to improve the quality and the level of higher education and the ways higher education plays its role in the construction of the Economic Zone on the Western Coast of the Taiwan Straits. |
