| 摘 要： | 2006年是中国民间法研究在既有的基础上向纵深发展的一年。通过对民间法与多元视角、民间法与社会自治、少数民族习惯法研究、民间法与法律方法等问题的综述,着力展示一年来民间法研究所取得的最新成果,以期在整体上把握民间法研究学术脉络及其发展趋势。
