In the new situation,colleges and universities should,under the guidance of scientific view of development.take student education development as their foundation and moral education their priority so as to generally promote the college students' ideological and ethnical standards and help them to develop morally,intellectually,physically and aesthetically because it is a strategic task that could affect the future and destiny of our nation.Therefore,we should,with scientific theories as our guidance,update our principle of moral education,create mode of it,develop avenues to it and strengthen the effectiveness of it in order to make new contributions to all-round development of the economic society and people.
