| 摘 要： | 作者应用计量经济学的方法,对中国经济增长中人力资本的贡献率进行实证分析,得出的主要结论是:中国的初级人力资本投资对经济增长具有十分显著的作用,中等教育层次上的人力资本投资对经济增长的“发动机”作用较为显著,高等教育层次上的人力资本投资对经济增长的作用不是十分显著。

| Abstract: | By applying econometric method, the author analyzes the effectiveness of human capital investment in economic growth. The empirical analysis shows that investment in elementary human capital has remarkable effect on economic growth, investment in medium human capital has obvious engine effect, and investment in higher human capital has insufficient influence on economic growth. |
