早期俄罗斯法哲学评述

十八世纪上半叶，俄罗斯法学家从欧洲大陆，主要是德国，汲取了先验唯心主义和古典自然法的法哲学思想，并把这种思想与俄国的斯拉夫文化和东正教传统结合起来，形成了俄罗斯早期法哲学。他们从抽象人格出发，呼唤人的解放；他们阐述了法律与道德的关系，论证了自然法对实在法的作用，并探索了理想国家的观念，以此向专制制度的合理性提出挑战。

Comments on Early Russian Jurisprudence

In the first half of the 18th century, Russian jurists fused the thoughts of jurisprudence derived from idealist apriorism and classical natural law theory of the European Continent, especially of Germany, and the Slav culture and the Orthodox Eastern Church tradition into initial jurisprudence of Russia. They started from the illustration of abstract personality and called for the liberation of man; they expounded the relationship between morality and law, demonstrated the effect of the natural law upon the substantial law, explored the idea of perfect country, and thus challenged the rationality of the dictatorial system.
