| Abstract: | Abstract: Diversified forms of investment and funding are mandatory to the drastic development of higher education. Project financing-BOT and TOT-which have not yet been accepted in higher education, can avoid many troubles caused by traditional forms of funding, play an unique role in the infrastructure construction, and serve as an effective form of funding in the drastic development of higher education. |
