妇女民间组织的发展及其制度环境分析——以“农家女”为例

个案的观察和分析往往具有很强的直观性和可信性,＂农家女＂这一个案的选择亦出于同样的考虑。从＂农家女＂这一个案中能够看到妇女民间组织在形成之初对于社会需求的回应,以及在发展之中对于中国社会发展的贡献。但是,观察和分析＂农家女＂,亦能看到妇女民间组织生存和发展过程中存在的制度制约问题。要保障妇女民间组织能够健康稳定地发展,必须改革现有制度,逐步改善妇女民间组织发展的制度环境。

The Development of Women＇s NGOs and Analysis of the Institutional Environment——The ＂Rural Women＂ as an example

Observation and analysis of cases are usually more intuitive and credible,hence the choice of ＂Rural Women＂ as the target of study.From the case of ＂Rural Women＂,it can be perceived that women＇s NGOs respond to social needs at the early stage of their formation,and that they have contributed to the China＇s social development.However,the case of ＂Rural Women＂ also reveals some institutional restrictions suffered by women＇s NGOs in the process of their survival and development.In order to guarantee the healthy and steady development of women＇s NGOs,the present system has to be reformed to improve the institutional environment for their development.
