| 摘 要： | 本文作者以亲身经历着重介绍侗族大歌申报世界级非物质文化遗产所经历的三个阶段，即2003年黎平县政府开展侗族大歌申请人类口头及非物质遗产工作，未获得成功；2005年开展侗族大歌申报国家非物质文化遗产代表作名录，侗族大歌入选了国家级首批非物质文化遗产代表作名录，为下步申报世界级人类非物质文化遗产名录拿到了“通行证”；2008年申报“人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录”贵州省文化厅非物质文化遗产保护中心召集了侗文化专家到贵阳制作申报所需文本，贵州省电视台完成了影像的制作。文本与影像资料将于2008年9月25日上交国家文化部非遗中心，并报送到联合国初审合格。同时，阐释了侗族大歌的文化价值，保护传承侗族大歌的重要性，申报世界非物质文化遗产的必要性，以及申报世界非物质文化遗产基本常识。
