| Abstract: | This paper focuses on analyzing the different sentence meanings caused by the different negated parts of English sentences. Furthermore, it discusses the different usage of negation between English and Chinese; how to judge the semantic part negated in English sentences; and how to make the semantic transfer of negation when translating English into Chinese. |
