| 摘 要： | 贝克特的荒诞剧《等待戈多》与高行健的实验戏剧《车站》有着相似的等待主题,但在主题的深化方面有明显区别。《等待戈多》揭示了现代西方人的生存困境,表达了人们苦苦寻求生存意义的痛苦过程。《车站》虽借鉴了《等待戈多》的创作手法,反映的却是当代中国人的生活和情绪,鼓励人们积极进取,否定消极的等待。这两部作品反映了人们不同的生活状况和价值取向。

| Abstract: | Though similar in the description of waiting,Samuel Beckett＇s Waiting for Godot and The Bus Stop written by the Chinese novelist Gao Xingjian are different in their themes.By revealing the absurdity of human existence,the former explores on the westerners＇ painful search for a new meaning of their existence.Nevertheless,the latter expresses the life and mood of Chinese contemporaries and encourages people to stop waiting and move on; hence it negates the absurdity of human existence.They differ from each other for their revelation of different living conditions and values. |
