| 摘 要： | 商业地产在我国虽然发展时间短,但增长速度快。本文从狭义的商业地产即用于流通服务业经营用途的物业形式这一概念出发,分析了商业地产的类型、商业地产发展的沿革与阶段划分,探讨了我国商业地产快速发展的成因。

| Abstract: | Despite a short period in development, the commercial real estate (CRE) grows rapidly in China. This essay starts from the narrow sense of commercial real estate, i.e. the properties used for the commercial purpose in circulation service industry. Then it analyzes the types of commercial real estate, the evolution and stages for the development of commercial real estate. It probes into the causes for the rapid growth of commercial real estate in China. |
