| 摘 要： | 交通运输的迅猛发展产生了诸多负面效应,如环境污染、资源短缺、交通拥挤、安全隐患以及各种运输方式比例失调等.文章分析了产生这些负面效应的原因,并探讨了交通运输可持续发展的基本对策.
