| 摘 要： | 陈一百先生的教师教育思想和实践是其丰富的教育思想和活动的重要内容。他十分重视教师在社会主义现代化建设中的重要作用，认为教师和教育领导者的素质结构，应该是“德高、才博、学勤、识远、师表”五质俱全；强调师范院校要突出自身的师范性，重视学生教学基本功的训练。他的教师教育思想对于今天的教师教育改革仍具有积极的启迪意义。

| Abstract: | Mr. Chen Yibai＇s teacher education theory and practice are of importance in our research of his education contribution. He paid great attention to the important role that teachers played in socialist modernization, believing that the teacher and the education administrators should possess five qualities and teachers college should emphasize pedagogy and strengthen the students＇basic training. His theories obviously are still of importance today. |
