| 摘 要： | 叶德辉是清末至民国初期杰出的藏书家,在我国目录学史上起到了承前启后的作用。叶德辉学术思想的中心就是一种积极的批判精神。他不拘泥于传统和古制,既承上代之源流,又别其正谬,敢于在大量分析研究的基础上提出自己的见解。

| Abstract: | It is held by the author that YE Dehui is a brilliant represenlive from the late Qing Dynasty to the initial Repubic of China, take a special function of forming a connecting link between what comes befor and what goes after in the history of bibliography in China, and put forward his own ideas on the basic of enormous analysis. |
