| 摘 要： | 邓小平的发展观是邓小平理论的重要组成部分和核心内容。邓小平关于社会生产力发展的重要意义的观点 ;关于人类社会应实现经济、政治、文化全面发展的观点 ;关于新时期实现人的全面发展的重要性的观点 ;关于经济发展与人口、资源、环境相互协调的观点 ,对于我国西部民族地区在 2 1世纪实现经济社会的全面协调发展具有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The developmental view of Deng Xiaoping is the important component part and the key contents of Deng Xiaoping theories,its basic concepts contains the important significance of developing social productive force,the comprehensive development of human society in economy,politics and culture,the importance of carrying out the persons' comprehensive development in the new period and harmonious development between economy,population,resource and environment,those have the important guiding significance in the ethnic areas of Western China in the 21st century. |
