| 摘 要： | 随着林业经营思想的转变，我国林业基本建设投资也发生了变化。该文在论述我国林业基本建设投资资金形成和发展的基础上，对不同领域的投资，从其产生的直接效益和最终效益两个层面进行了分析，并从选择投资项目、确定最优项目和加强管理等方面，提出了增加我国林业基本建设投资效益的对策。

| Abstract: | Along with the change in mentality in running forestry,the investment in forestry infrastructure has increased a great deal.By the end of 2000,such investment had approached 977 million RMB.This kind of government purchase must have brought about different effects owing to the diversity in investment.The paper discusses the formation and development of the investment funds,analyses the direct and ultimate benefits of the investment in different fields,and proposes some measures for increasing benefits from investment in forestry infrastructure through program selection,optimization,and management. |
