| 摘 要： | 合理调整城市用地结构 ,是我国进入新世纪后城市经济发展所面临的一项重要任务。本文从我国城市用地结构的基本现状出发 ,提出并运用城市用地结构的调整模型 ,探讨我国城市用地结构调整的目标 ,同时对政府城市规划在城市用地结构调整中的功能进行论述。

| Abstract: | It is a major task in the new century for China to adjust its structure of urban land utilization to promote development of city economy. Based on China's current situation of urban land utilization, this article brings forth a model for the adjustment of urban land utilization, and applies this model to probing the aim and direction of the adjustment, and also gives explanation of the function of the government's city planning in the process of the structural adjustment of urban land utilizantion. |
