| 摘 要： | 形式逻辑的基本规律(同一律、不矛盾律、排中律)与客观事物的规律的关系是:形式逻辑的基本规律是思维领域本身的规律,而不是由对客观事物的规律的反映所形成的规律。形式逻辑的基本规律的客观基础是思维的主体(人)的大脑的相对稳定性。这些观点并不违背列宁的教导,并不违背马克思主义的辩证唯物主义的反映论。

| Abstract: | The relations between the basic laws of formal logic (the law of identity, the law of contradicition, the law of the excluded) and the laws of objective reality are that the basic laws of formal logic ate the laws of thought itself ,but not the laws which come into being by reflecting the laws of objective reality, the objective basis of the basic laws of formal logic is relative stability of brain in the main body of thought. These ideas are not against Lenin's teaching,and they are not against thmaterial-ist theory of reflection of Marxism. |
