抗战时期海外的“伤兵之友”运动

全面抗战爆发以后,中国军民伤亡极其惨重。新生活运动促进总会在渝成立了“伤兵之友”总社,掀起了“伤兵之友”运动,为受伤官兵“广征朋友”。与此同时,在海外,尤其是在华侨社会,此项运动也得到了广泛深入的推行。广大爱国华侨及国际友好人士纷纷慷慨解囊,踊跃输将,为中华民族的抗战事业做出了极大贡献。

The Movement of Friends of the Wounded Abroad in the Anti-Japanese War

After the overall outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War,Chinese soldiers and people suffered heavy casualties.In Chongqing,in order to seek friends for the wounded,General Promotion Association of the New-Life Campaign set up the General Society of Friends of the Wounded,and launched the(movement) of friends of the wounded.In the meantime,such a movement was widely and thoroughly(carried) out abroad,especially among the overseas Chinese.Numerous patriotic overseas Chinese and(international) friendly personages made generous donations.Their magnificent feats made a great(contribution) to the cause of Anti-Japanese War of the Chinese people.
