新时代党外知识分子政治引领工作研究——基于江苏省的调查分析

从文化程度、收入状况、宗教信仰、社会层次结构等构建指标评价体系，展开调查分析，认为党外知识分子学历层次较高，较关注自我，思想观念和价值取向呈实用性倾向；统战对象组织复杂，政治思想意识不平衡；教育背景多样化导致政治理念多元化、差异化。当前政治引领工作存在组织机构不健全、工作覆盖面窄、统战部设置和作用发挥效度不佳、推进不平衡、教育和引领工作薄弱等问题。新时代需强化顶层设计，落实党委党组统战工作主体责任制，运用先进技术手段健全统战数据的采集、分析和挖掘机制，推进党外知识分子基础信息数据库和信息管理系统建设，走好网络群众路线，促进统战工作制度化、规范化，优化团体组织平台建设，建立统战工作联席会议制度，完善党外干部工作联席工作制，分类指导，分类施策。
