盐阜区抗日根据地高等法院的设立及意义

1942 年盐阜区高等法院的设立,使盐阜区抗日根据地形成了独立的二级二审制的司法审判体系,审理了大量的民刑事案件。设立以高等法院为核心的审判体系,是盐阜区抗日根据地政权建设的司法举措,是中国共产党历史上以法治思路完善根据地政权建设的又一实践,是华中抗日根据地与日伪势力、国民党顽固派在政治斗争、军事斗争以外,建立的新的司法斗争体制,对根据地政权建设具有特别的意义。

It is a new judicial struggle system in addition to political and military struggles, between anti Japanese base area in Central ChinaJapanese and their puppet troops, Kuomintang die hards. There is a special significance to the political power construction in the base areas.
